Strategy needed to guide creative development that would work for multiple stages of the project. The client did not have a clear strategy guiding the development of a community. 10 feet tall conducted market research and outlined a long-term project strategy for each stage of the development that included developing a platform that was appealing to both a local market and an off-shore Chinese market.

Idea

The Towers at Elizabeth Quay – the jewel in Perth’s glittering crown, offering true diamond class living in a world-class destination.

Result

Over 1000 registrations in the first week. Secured deposits on 85% of apartments pre-release. Generated strong media coverage and public interest which has steadily continued over the last 12 months.
