Born and raised in Glasgow during the '70s, my family immigrated to Australia in the '80s. I spent my first few weeks walking around with an umbrella in the height of summer, fearing I’d fall prey to the yellow-bellied drop bears that I was told would lie in wait for unsuspecting immigrants. I pursued a career in the creative arts because it was the only thing I was ever any good at.

People have always told me to do what you love… Well, I’ve always taken great pride in pointing out the grammatical errors of the people around me, usually to their chagrin, so it brings me great pleasure to do it every day as a career. I also once received a school report card that stated, “Every day, Patrick likes to stare out the window during class…”. That’s still the case today. I like dreaming up creative concepts and solutions that will solve business problems.
