Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank

VTMB was previously positioned as ‘Customer owned banking’. With the increase in the number of competitive mutual banks in the marketplace and a few within the teaching community it was important to refocus the strategy to the core audience – teachers. Strategy shifted from the generic to what made VTMB totally unique for teachers. As a mutual bank dedicated to teachers they are ‘invested’ in them. By putting profits back they are able to provide teachers with banking needs that suit and at more competitive rates.
